Genfrenzy is operated by Pagan Interactive LLC ("Genfrenzy", "we"). By using Genfrenzy you agree to these terms and to the Official Rules, which govern every contest.
Accounts
You must be 18 or older and give accurate information, including your state of residence and date of birth. One account per person. You're responsible for keeping your password safe.
Your content
You confirm you have the right to submit everything you upload. We review entries before they appear publicly, and we may remove content that breaks the rules. When we remove a paid entry, we refund the entry fee in full.
Payments
Entry fees are processed by Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except as the Official Rules describe.
Ending your account
You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use Genfrenzy after a change means you accept it.
